The task for this project was to overhaul the packaging of a product that I felt was in need of redesigning. While I was shopping, I came across Cameron’s Coffee, and was intrigued.

After some research of their original packaging (pictured at the very end of this page) the current day modern, minimal packaging felt too cold for a category built on richness and storytelling. I aimed to bring personality and charm back into their visual identity, reviving elements from their past, including the lion in their logo, which I thought was such a fun icon, why get rid of it?

I personally felt Cameron's Coffee was suffering from a common design trend, where in an effort to update or refresh the overall brand image, they often miss the mark by sacrificing personality and storytelling, which are essential aspects of a brand.

I redesigned all packaging, updated the logo, and created die lines to print and assemble the packaging myself. I also designed the Keurig pod labels and photographed the finished products, ensuring the presentation reflected the warmth, approachability, and quality at the heart of the brand.
